Our mission is to make the owner earn more and the buyer pay less by reducing the commission to the lowest possible

Most of us, including myself have been both buyers and sellers of a property. I have always personally resented having to pay thousands of euros (if not tens of thousands) to a middleman, (snake oil seller), who basically squatted himself in the way between buyer and seller. We charge a flat rate of 2.500 (plus V.A.T), regardless of the value of your property. This can amount to saving tens of thousands of euros increasing the profitability of the seller and the buyer.This is particularly interesting for high net worth properties.

In Spain the Real Estate market is unregulated. Anyone, without any education or legal knowledge can set up a real estate business and start raking up commissions in the thousands. Not so in France. In France, it is strictly regulated by law (Loi Hoguet) and the director of the company must hold a degree in law, economics or business or have a minimum commercial experience of five years. This provides an additional layer of security for both the seller and the buyer. Who runs the company?

Аlvаrо Еscаlаdа holds a Master in Economics at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda, Germany, a Business Degree, a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and specialized in Bioinformatics at Harvard University. He started his career at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in Spain before moving into the Pharmaceutical research field where he coauthored several research papers on bioinformatics applied to molecular medicine and cancer research. He is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish. and Russian. He teaches Arabic, Russian, Dutch and German linguistics on YouTube plus artificial intelligence, business intelligence, data analysis, Python programming etc on more than 350 videos.

Nuestra misión

Nuestra misión es que el vendedor gane más, el comprador pague menos en la transacción. Esto se consigue reduciendo la comisión al mínimo posible.

Muchos de nosotros hemos sido unas veces compradores, otras vendedores, y hemos tenido que hacer frente a comisiones abusivas de la parte de quienes no aportaban ningún valor añadido.

¿Quién dirige la empresa?

Аlvаrо Еscаlаdа posee un Master en Administración de Empresas en la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas Fulda, Alemania, una diplomatura en Empresas, una licenciatura en Farmacia por la Universidad de Navarra, y se especializó en Bioinformática en la Universidad de Harvard. Comenzó su carrera en el Departamento de Industria, Turismo y Comercio del Gobierno de Navarra para después pasar a la investigación farmacéutica en el Departamento de Biotecnología y Terapia celudar de la Clínica Universitaria de Navarra en donde fue coautor de varios proyectos de investigación sobre medicina molecular aplicada al cáncer. Habla fluidos inglés, francés, alemán y ruso, enseña lingüística árabe, rusa, alemana y neerlandesa en YouTube, Inteligencia Artificial, inteligencia del negocio, análisis de datos,programación Python etc. Actualmente tiene más de 350 vídeos en la plataforma.

Wer leitet das Unternehmen??
